I think you would save that picture and open it with a gif editor or something.

@blackpkster, not only is it annoying as hell, it's also pointless. that's how signiatures started out. that's what they're for. in my books, signing posts counts as spam

This is done easily in flash, put the gif in the timeframe and it will add each frame by itself, then put ur image as the background image, export as a gif and set the playback to continuously export and bam you got yourself an animated sig

I wouldn't call that spam, but it is definitely irritating. It totally defeats the purpose of having sigs.
