Why does it keep saying it is downloading a playlist?

It happens when i'm selecting a game, and even in the pre game lobby. someone asked about it mid game so i figured i would bring it up. Next time it happens (which is a lot) i will screenshot it.

Not yet, it doesn't really do anything... you click okay then nothing... I thought everyone was getting this?

Well everyone on google seems as lost as me. Validating the files doesnt work. I tried another mp_playlist.ff, same thing... weird.

Been having this issue as well, and a bunch of my friends. It can vary from his what his SS says to something about rank etc. Yeah and googled and from what I read no one else had a clue.
It hasn't affected anything, just annoying to reform a party because 90% of the time after a game someone will get dropped cause of this playlist update per se.

Maybe it is cause the new stimulus maps will come to ground war soon?
