Add these 2 lines to your config_mp.cfg(MultiPlayer) and maybe to config.cfg(SinglePlayer) too.

bind MWHEELUP "+attack"
bind MWHEELDOWN "+attack"

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\call of duty modern warfare 2\players

Note: After you've added the lines don't change your shooting controls in the game or anything with mousewheelup or down.

This script makes your FAL/M1014... almost automatically and is also handy for pistols.

It wont change automatic, just remove Read-only

What exactly does almost automatic mean?

[Abstract]

It means it will press for you on the FAL so you shoot very fast but not fully automatic. The keybinder is easier since you don't need to use the scrolling wheel.
