    MW2 multiplayer not responding when launched. "localization.txt"

    Whenever i open MW2 multiplayer, it just sits there displaying the tan-colored title thing. When i go to the taskbar and click on it, it gives me the error shown in the attached picture. I can only close it with the task manager. What's really pissing me off is that I look in the MW2 folder and "localization.txt" is right there in it. I've tried restarting my computer, deleting and re-downloading MW2, and i dont know what to do. Steam and single player work fine. Can anyone help?
