all current hacks fail on win 7 system

i have a friend who has WIn 7 he has used CA hacks before. He just start playing CA again and none of the current hacks will work on his computer.

he ha win 7 with .net 4 framework installed what else does he need to do?

I am asking if there are any settings or DLL files needed besides the dxd3*.dll

any hack i have had on my computer has worked so your friend must not be smart enough to run something a 4 year old can

ok depending if it is 32bit or 64bit if its 32bit coupld be that they are patched and 64bit sucks because it runs hardly any hacks at all
