THen you must be IP banned OR someone used a IP generator and caught your IP and used. So.....Ya your probably banned not sure.

Did you make any other accounts that day? The maximum limit for one day is 5 accounts. If you didn't make any accounts, IP ban.

That means you got ip banned and theres a couple of ways to get around it
