I know there are programs out there to help you but whats the use? It will help a little I guess but not much :P. So in all other words said, You need another computer because yours is a piece of shit. LOL Mine is fairly decent (not the best on the block) but I haven't had a single problem with lag. EVEN with hacks. My system specs:

He lives by where i do, and judging by the fact he has sbc, he has dsl. I have the same internet and it is crap. The only reason we have it is because the only other isp around is comcast and they are even worse. It all depends on where you live.
