Get a Spartan sword and shield and get Spartan on his ass.
Shield could be armored to take heavy rounds, so you would come in and attack them by butting them with the shield, so they're off balance. And then use Spartan fighting style and pin him against the shield and a wall and stab him.
If you're too poor or weak to hold a Spartan like shield, honestly get a dagger strap to your ankle and a short sword strapped to your leg.
