As a Russian I'm biased towards Russia being a sufficiently militarily advanced nation to fight against the US, but... China would win with pure numbers.
# of total Chinese troops = 4,100,000
# of total US troops = 453,000

The US would have to pull a "300" to beat those mofo's.
