how to make dll

hi its me i was just wondering how 2 save a win 32 console app to a dll file
i tryed a few times but didnt work i also googled it

you create a win32 console application
name the project what eva..then create it..
then a window will pop up you click next on that window and then select dll

1. Create a Win32 console application
2. Name it "something"
3. A window will pop up, Select the .dll option and press Blank and then ok
