theres no option for it in ucp

yea i checked all that,
if i log in to someone else user, theres an option to edit avatar in the user cp next to 'edit signature'
but in mine i have no control of my avatar. theres not even an option

You have to verify your email before you can add an avatar and use all the forum features..
