if you want everyone to have EVERY perk:

replace those few perks in DoVars() with this

Is it possible to get one "level" with grenades or mines only? or killstreaks only? and so on?

Found a bug:
self.finalkills doesnt work for me. I used Host GUI tool to set timelimit to 200 and winlimit to 99999... How do i have to set it up properly? I want it the only way to win is to get the finalkills. But if I dont change it with Host GUI it ends on 7500
