[OMG HELP] Stupid Gungame and mod shit

When i join a game with mods, mi screen goes red with white glowing?
when i knife it goes away for .5sec and then comes back

Example: in gungame i have a throwing knife the screen is fine when mi gun lvls up mi screen screws up... PLZ HELP!
