Yeah, OPK or telekill in fireteam = auto ban. There are 5 little guys underground that monitor your players movement and if your character jumps forward by so much, you're banned.

I've killed them Never banned. And full super knifed telekill. Never banned. Kill streak was very high and it was all headshots
