To add my two cents, I don't care when the hack is released, I know how much time you put in to this, and would hate to see it get torn apart by a bad release.

The autoinstaller seems a bit extra, but a great feature for them choobs.

Read what House Hax said above, you, restore backups and then try again.
You must have done something wrong, like copying and replacing your original iwd files, you need to join them together instead, by opening them with pakscape. or any other tools capable of opening iwd files.

I it have just done 3 times o_O iwd 7 iwd 11 + packpage


delete of the 3 of iwd 11 and now if it me works. ( weapon_m16_barrel_col.iwi)

or you could just go to iw_11 and go to the bottom and delete the m16 file there (i find this much easier)

*Sigh*.... I really can't believe this section !! People are so impatient. Anyways, I've managed to create sub-directories with-in zips and the installer is ready...Just checking for exceptions now !!!

i think the files are corrupted, i tryed as house said files are 1 to put in 07 and 3 to put in 11, is that correct house?

I did as said. As I have with all texture hacks that work fine. But this doesn't work. :/ my textures aren't being replaced, its still normal.
