Yeah. Google Chrome sometimes stuffs up. Use Mozilla Firefox

or internet explorer... yeah it sucks but sometimes, it gets the job done

try making a new account and seeing if you can charge NX on that one but don't actually buy it, just see if you can get past the part where it messes you up.
