I NEED HELP W/ PUBLIC HACK

Hey there, ive been trying to download the Public Crossfire Hack, but I am having a problem. I saved it to my comp, so i can open the file. But when i open the saved file it gives me the option of either saving, opening, or to cancel it. I click open and it opens a Internet Ex. window that's blank and then it closes and the open, save or close thing is back up. HELP ME? :P

OMFG download it save it extract it ( make sure u have WinR ) extratct to destop press the big M start CF when a box shows up with a % click the injector ok and the pub hack should work unless u have win7 and vista only xp users can use it
