Firstly, Baxstar fails because he's from Canada and part of one of the most known of all hacker clans, and secondly each and every one of those reviewers sound like they just got done with puberty. So I'm happy for a change from the normal set of high school students doing reviews.

Firstly, it is his friend, for some reason he can't edit his post.
Secondly, stop putting people down just because it gets your little chode all hard.
Thirdly, any one who actually thinks that someone is better than someone else while both are using fraps, is so full of shit that they smell worse than a pile of rotting fish carcasses. Fraps causes graphical lag, of which it is worse for some users than it is for others. Graphical lag tends to cause epic failure for those who experience it.

He's proving that he is stupid.
If someone wants to die, it doesn't mean that they will commit suicide, it just means that they want to die. So if you kill them, you would still go down for first degree murder.
And if someone is drinking water (From some sort of large body of water I would have to assume) and you push their head down in it and they drown, then yes, it is murder. However, I do not see how this is relevant to anything.
