and if they dont know the answers?

if this is a format for help, then you should take TV and DX off the list

tell them about DX when you think its their problem, and TV if you cant find the answer

I only meant if they had TV installed so if all else fails then I myself(I am going to ask an Admin to approve me for TV'ing service) or an MPGH Staff will then ask for their TV info Via PM/MSN No visitor Comments or anything like that nothing Public. and DirectX I will take off the list. is the is TV installed okay too leave on there?
