In few words, it's a sequence of numbers, that every korean person has when they born. It stands for Korean Social Security Number.

An example: 870201-1123451

The first part (870201) it's when he/she is born (this one is the 870201 = 01/02/87 = February/2nd/1987)
The second part (1123451) varies by the sex and with some random numbers (in this case, this is male because it starts with 1, female = 2)

You'll need a WORKING AND AVAILABLE KSSN+the korean name, (the korean name is always formed by 3 korean characters):

Better if You find KSSN from person 15-18 y.old

You can access to the PMANG sites only if you have Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher (it's because of the Active X controls).
