ok im sorry, not trying to rage or whatever, but how does it become advertiseing? first off, its a website that isnt even made yet, 2nd i provided no link to my site, and 3rd, im not promoteing my site or telling people to come my site. so your saying if i was to "remake" the coke logo, make it look better , and posted it aroun d say look what i made ,it would be advertiseing? if your you guys have the WROST idea of advertiseing ever.

Hmm yes of course your right. I mean billboards/logos/wrappers they aren't forms of advertising. They're just things some people made to look good.

Take it from the guy who has been studying marketing for 2 years, if it contains an image/logo and/or a title tied to a brand/corporation/company/website it is advertising.

ok but on a billboard, they leave a website, or an adress, or even a phone number. where i did nothing more then provide an image which i put time into and posted it around places , Without provideing a website url, or telling people to come to my website .
