for me (im american) it would only come to my mind as Muslim=terrorist if i hear of a terrorist attack. there was some american who flew his plain into an IRS building and they were debating weither it was terrorism or not (of course it was). also whenever i personally hear 9-11 since a Islamic group did it sometimes out of not thinking terribly hard it might come out as a Muslims are automaticly terrorists. all together tho i just think of that as another religion
