    How to stop a R.a.T. Attack.

    Create a vb.net application and the most simplest code ever right here::

    add a timer and for it put 1000 for interval

    That is a vary fast solution, but dos not protect from rats, and no anti virus detects newly made ones, like if i just generated one it would be fud for about 2 months so deleting its components as its installed is the easiest way
