[SOLVED] Boatload of questions (yes/no questions)

I have a shitload of questions, so I'd rather post a list and get my help. Please answer by number:

1) Can I compile the external ESP into a 64-bit application?

2) Can I somehow lock my .exe hack and make it "read only" such that it cannot be copied, only ran by me? I know some networks have such protections where you need administrator rights to run or view a file. I'd like to do this so that VAC cannot steal my .exe and have it read by VAC engineers.

3) Does in-game chat get logged by steam? If I say "hack" a lot during chat, will it trigger an alert for VAC and have it search me?

4) When it says "game lobby closed" does it mean that somehow steam thinks there is a cheater?

5) Can VAC read my computer's memory and figure out that im running a program is giving mouse coorinates (aimbot) and report?

2. why? as long as you dont post your hack, noone will get it
3. that seems highley unlikeley, as poeple can be talking about hacks all the time, without even using it
