Its kinda hard to explain and its only like 10% change that you can do it coz i can do it only in hammer blow and in 1 and to do this it will take some 15 sec or maybe even more but usually you have only few secs to plant and already enemys everywhere i only suggest you to do this if your team guard 1 so that enemys cant come in.

and as M_T_H said go watch in youtube maybe you will see how to do this.
