Run that and post the video card's name.

Usually game still starts, Only disable Glow effects.

If this does not work, Try editing your config_mp.cfg , And setting glow to 0.

relax no need to double post...someone will answer you.. i recommend update your driver or maybe its too old... if its not old then its an old "driver" version...
