I followed the steps and a notepad file called Faith comes up on my desktop. Then I go on Combat Arms and nothing out of the usual happens. Is there a key i have to press to activate the hack?

I think the injector is patched because when I run CA it just closes. It might just be the hack so I will try a different one.
