This weapon is unlocked at Level 20 (Sergeant First Class I). The TAR-21 carries 30-round magazines, deals 40-30 damage per shot and fires at 750 RPM, although it deals high damage it has a medium amount of recoil and it is not accurate This makes it difficult to use .The recoil is reducible with the silencer attachment
The TAR-21s Red Dot sight is actually the Mars Sight, which is smaller than the RDS, but this sight enables the player to see the hart beat sensor while ADS but the mars sight reflects the in game light and is actually smaller then the red dot sight so it is harder to aim instead of this sight after unlocking it a holographic sight is better. Also the iron sight of TAR-21 is another choice as a attachment you can use a grenade launcher or a silencer.
Aldo TAR-21 has recoil that makes it hard to use in a long range it is very effective at close or medium range and it is the only gun that is compatible with an SMG rifle. So using it with a silencer is the best way to reduce recoil of the gun.
In Hardcore mode, the TAR-21 is capable of a one shot kill without Stopping Power, unless firing through cover or at a player using Last Stand, Final Stand or Painkiller. You can snipe with TAR-21 with the thermal scope.
