If your still having issues with this and you need someone to help you out, PM me or leave a visitor message, don't reinstall, that is almost never the answer, tuneup utilities as awesome as it may be is also not an answer to video lag, you need to find the real problem, I'll help you out if you like. But if you just want to try something, update your directx (even if it's latest version - reinstall), also get rid of vista, get win7 (Last resort). It just runs a lot better.

Sorry for the bump, I bump because my problem still exist.

I have this problem on all first person shooter games now.
I went to a cod UO server and put draw fps on. The first few minutes everything is ok, 60 fps, then it drops to 10 fps...

I updated drivers, tried tuneup (which didn't really work), my problem still isn't solved.
