This IP has bee Blocked

Hey guys, Nexon IP banned me for fucking bull-shit "fraud" (I dont even know what thats supposed to mean, how the **** do you steal NX?). Anywho, does anyone know how to by-pass this? I tried hot-spot shield but it didn't work.

This is the message I firstly got :
" Your account is suspended blabla..."

When I uninstalled CA, and used HSS (hoping that it would clean my files and maybe work), and signed in with a fresh acc I got the message:
"This IP has been blocked, please contact blabla..."

When I closed HSS, the ban-message reverted back to the original one:
" Your account is suspended blabla..."

So I'm definitely IP banned, any ways to counter this other then an appeal (which mine got rejected)?

well idk if this helps but theres a thing called tcp optimizer its actually supost to help your internet by changing your ip idk the details but it does something to your ip that might fix it
