HTML is easy, really easy, why don't you save your money and learn yourself? or why don't you use that money to actually get some classes? (if you really feel like spending it)...

lol a team of HTML coders... wont get very far with that, HTML is soooooo simple its pointless to even need one guy on just HTML, learn HTML fully (takes less than a month) and then look for people that you may need for other things... since i cant see how you would get anywhere with just HTML

OT:
There are plenty of tutorials on every part of HTML all over the internet, just look around.
Even if you have to copy paste from a few places you will eventually get the hang of it.
