Hi, I have Windows 7 64 bits and my friend send me something (DevInject...zip) But when im trying to put it on my dekstop or to open it
This message...Windows has detected a potentially dangerous file
Windows has blocked access to the file. Wat Can i do for pass over this "!/$%*&!!!

Your anti-virus is detecting a false positive. What I did to prevent mine from deleting PerX each time I unrar'd it, is that I included an exception to AVG telling it not to bother with the contents of my combat arms folder. Then I just extract PerX to the combat arms folder. I'm pretty sure you can add an exception with your anti-virus.
