okay then you will have whatever Operating System you install to it, you can Upgrade it to WIndows 7 though, and my last computer came with the Operating System's Installation Disk(Vista) And this one came with a 7 Upgrade so, if a disk came with it, then yes Windows 7 will be put back onto it, if not, then whatever Operating System you put on it, that is what will be on it
