You get a new computer, or hope that System Restore works

im sorry spam, but your wrong man, you dont need to go buy a new computer, and system restore will not remove a keylogger because the keylogger will just get in to the restore files and you will still have it, you need to get a remover, new OS after hdd wipe.

No, it is actually just re-installing it, so if anything is messed up or infected, it will delete it and replace it with a clean Fresh Version of the file
