Help with injecting/public hacks themselves?

Well so far, I tried 2 different injectors, tried running as admin, tried 3 different, THREE, different public hacks posted, but none of them work.

The problem is when i get ingame I press insert, and the menu does NOT pop up.
I tried the hitting the delete key trick, but it did not work.

I am running windows 7, 64 bit home premium.

Can anyone please help me?
