External ESP without window mode

In fact ESP is what i'm really looking for.

Since window mode isn't working for me I'd like to know if it is possible to have en external ESP without window mode.

Even though i Guess External means window mode :'(

There are no externak esp's for fullwindowed. Try lowering the quality whil in windowed mode and youll should lose the lagg

Just make it a higher resolution

you people know that you can play "windowed-mode" but full resolution?...,
I'm playing 1440x987 << being 1 bar all around the screen i then minimize the task bar at the bottom and it looks like full screen besides the tab saying "call of duty mw2" at the top
