I need a webhoster and some help to make www.warrockshop.net!

Me, myself, I and Its ok d00d want to make our own site.
It would be call www.warrockshop.net.
Since eBay prohibits accounts selling, we need a place where to sell all our hardly earned accounts and our retail codes. So why not our own site? I and him have no idea on how to setup all that, so I would need first:
-A web hoster, ~tell me your price.~
And he must help us to setup all the site.
I would make something like a "welcome" screen explaining what's the site, etc. On the bottom or on the right side, 3 links to "Accounts", "Retail Codes" and "Forum". We would need a little 3 sections forum: "Accounts", "Retail Codes" and "General". Something very simple.
We would also need someone to "desgin" a banner an the forum maybe.

Isn't that a good idea?

Ok, I'll go with trexhost then, just want to know, is there any contract or I can shut down the site in a month or 2 if it don't work?
$5 a month is really affordable.

yeh freewebs is only for beginners who want to get a website for free.
and it doesnt look good cos its like:

I want to know as well, is it easy to build a site with trexhost? A beginner that don't know what mean PHP and all that shit can make one you think?
I don't want to depend to much on someone's help.

Heheh, it's done.
I need some big help on the design/graphics/layout/skin side, and how to implement a very small and simple forum.
Cause all I can do is black on white, so..
Except that I'm ok, I've put the hand on FrontPage and it seem easy.

I would like to make it look like WarRock's website, so maybe just take like the source code of Cadelaf and edit it, I don't know how exactly to make that, I tried but it's just ugly so if someone would like to help on that project it me up in PMs or email: donjonmasters@hotmail.com (or bambell@warrockhop.net if you wish (redirected to donjonmasters)).
