Normal log-in set-up

Okay some guy said he downloaded a log-in screen and it moved the log-in box. . .so here is the normal one (normal log-in box set-up)

just put in:
C:\Program Files (x86)\CrossFire\rez\UI\Scripts

And it will put everything back to normal, as in everything i mean like where the username and pass and stuff show up.
