Create a file named banlist.txt in the same directory as IWNetServer.exe

To ban a person, put their ip and/or XUID in there in the following format

ip 192.168.0.1
steam XUID

I don't know why you want to do it, though. AlterIWNet already has 5000 players and going up. Your server will have 100-200 at most. Keep in mind, the game is peer-to-peer, the IWNetServer's location is absolutely irrelevant.
