New huge mod: Roll the Dice

This mod was built up from scratch by me (AZUMIKKEL)

Roll The Dice:
- At spawn everyone gets a random number from 1 to 50.
This number represents which advantage / disadvantage you will get.
If these are advantages or disadvantages depends on who is playing it.

- Killstreaks removed
- Everyone has Unlimited Sprint
- Everyone has Sleight of Hand
- Noobtubers are restricted
- Easy to edit script.
- Builtin kickmenu
