M9
The M9 pistol, formally Pistol, Semiautomatic, 9mm, M9, is a 9x19mm Parabellum pistol of the United States military adopted in 1985. It is basically a military specification Beretta 92F, later the 92FS.
Statistics
Damage: 40-25
Damage Multipliers: Head: 1.4, Chest: 1, Limbs: 1
Magazine Size: 15 rounds (25 with Ext.mags)
Unlocked at Level 46 (Lieutenant Colonel)
Maximum Ammunition: 90 rounds
Rate of Fire: 1200 RPM Maximum
Recoil: Low-Medium
Penetration: Very low
Ammunition: 9mm
It now has higher damage, penetration, and fire rate, but is unlocked at Level 46. It is the handgun used for Last Stand when no other handgun is equipped, regardless of the player's level. Even while using ADS, the M9 recoils slightly side-to-side and somewhat upwards. Because of this, it is nearly impossible to fire accurately at range, unless it is fired slowly, letting the recoil settle.
Weapon attachments
* FMJ (full metal jacket, this is similar to ,,DEEP IMPACT'' from COD4)
* Silencer (you will still appear as a red dot on UAV, so it's kind useless)
* Akimbo (carry 2 M9's, Western style xD)
* Tactical Knife (it speeds up your melee, and your iron sight it's not align)
* Extended Mags (increase magazine size from 15 to 25)
Recommanded class
UMP45 + Silencer
M9 + Tactical knife
Equipament: C4 + Stun grenades
Perks:
Marathon
Lightweight
Ninja PRO/Commando (it's up to you)
I would give it a 10, because it is very usefull for a secondary weapon and very powerfull.

Once again good guide, guess you're not being a douche and copy/pasting like I thought :P.
But some things to add, the M9 with a silencer still shows up as a red dot when firing, so ruins the idea of a silencer. I think it's a Tactical Knife on the M9 that makes the iron sights inaccurate, but becomes aligned with any other attachment.

Just logged on and checked for ya, it definitely is the tac knife that makes the m9's iron sights inaccurate.
It would look awesome with RDS + Silencer
