Made it work.

Running Vista x64.
Redownloaded C++ Express 2008 Edition.
Used PerX.
I already had .NET and DirectX.

Worked, showed up; It seems the C++ Express is required for Vista?

For anyone who's hack doesn't work.
You NEED C++ Express 2008 Edition. This is 100%.

I am not sure about .NET and DirectX; as I already have those on my pc.
I had the same issue; the hack injected though when I pressed "Insert" no menu popped up; I downloaded C++ Express 2008 Edition and it worked fine.

Try redownloading everything that is said in whit's first post, then post here if you still have issues.

You are completely WRONG. So is whit. Downloading VC++ express isn't going to magically make a hack work.
