Running Vista x64.
Redownloaded C++ Express 2008 Edition.
Used PerX.
I already had .NET and DirectX.

Worked, showed up; It seems the C++ Express is required for Vista?

Okay, you know when you're prompted to pick up a weapon, open the door, or even flip the switch in Cabin Fever? Usually you have to be within reach distance for the message to show.

With the "Pick-Up" feature: you can be, like, 200 feet away (Maybe more) and you'll be prompted with the same message, as if you were closer to it. Lol
