halo custom edition error

i have halo combat evolved and halo custom edition.
but whenever i launch custom edition it doesnt work for me
my screen goes black (but i can still navigate the menu)
i am runnin win 7 64 bit

EDIT: i looked it up, it says Halo 1 is not compatible with Win 7.. so yea.. i will try to find a fix for it

it weird because halo 1 works fine but custom edition doesnt

i had that same problem, the fix is easy, turn off your AA from your video card settings mostlikely you have ATI? if so goto the ati control panel and goto settings or w/e it is and turn off AA
