I know how to settle a forum, i can get allot of traffic already to the forum. Setting it up is not a problem.

I was planning on making the forum rather you guys wanted or not.

My simple input would be that if you look at what the acronym "MPGH" stands for, it is simply "Multiplayer Game Hacking".

Now lets say you added "Warez" to the end of that, "Mutliplayer Game Hacking Warez". The site would only be linked to Game Hacking as it is in it's Title, Also it's a mouthful so Just Use Proper Warez Sites or Get VIP!
