My first signatures!

These are my first signatures. They're not bad, but they could use ALOT more improvement (especially the background. I struggle there the most). Please comment and give me some good tips and advice! Linking to some tuts may help!

LOLOLOL. Some of these aren't considered as signatures but rather photoshop edits because they weren't supposed to look good! Here are some of my newer ones:

I made more, I don't anyone saw my 6th, 7th and 8th one == I would merge it with the main post but I can't edit it! Oh, and the first 3 were weren't intended to be signatures in the first place. Just playing around with the same effects!

I don't like Anime sigs personally... but thinking of the actual picture not the anime here are my ratings

1: 1.5/10.0 Reason: All it is is a head and text
2: 3.5/10.0 Reason: The Background is actually there, but very bland, i do like the text on that one though
3: 4.0 or 1.0/10.0 Reason: 4 if you made the power ball thing if not a 1, text could be better, once again background is bland
4: 3.0/10.0 Reason: Once again just a head and text, with a decent background, the text is very bland again on this one
5: 1.0/10.0 Okay First off, the picture is horrible, the text could be alot better, and the background almost made me throw up.

So i gave reasons for my ratings, it wasn't based upon the artist, or the fact that it was Naruto...

5th one is the only good one.

You just used stock and added like 3-4 "effects", although these effects are like the most basic effects you could use.

-Most of the people before me haven't seen naruto nor know anything about it, so 5th and 4th are the only good ones.

The 1th 3 are a bit to large
best is sizes till 200 x 400
