Is there any way to remove background sounds in mw2? If so it will rly help my gameplay. I want to remove sounds like my own footsteps without ninja pro, and sometimes the music.

Well, not really helpful when you remove music and dat shuit youll hear it good

you can use sitrep pro for louder footsteps. You cannot mod it, its hardcoded in the game
