[SOLVED] Instant Aim Down Sight?

Does this exist anywhere? I am looking for this because when I snipe it takes too long to aim down the scope. I tried sleight of hand pro, it made nearly no difference.

i said it makes little difference. I did not say no difference. and I do right click fast, it still takes like half a second anyway.
