i see u probz use after effects or vegas for editing? iam sure its after effects due to the fact of the strobe light effect if u do use this resloution:
width: 1240
hieght: 720
so when u use Windows Movie Maker to make the file size smaller when u upload to youtube it fills the whole screen in like so:

also u get a great quality for low resolution thats if u want to use my way

just the intro and the outro are made in after effects, the strobe lights are made with magic bullet 1.2 it's a plugin for vegas.
This is de best quality you can get for crossfire@youtube, clayman settings at 30fps.... due the colours it doesnt look that good, just made it in 20min

Wajo, wat een fout op robben die kerel aah ben z'n naam vergeten
maar hij kreeg rood en dat was de doorslag voor nederland om ze in de pan te hakken
hehe op crossfire zijn er 3500 mensen die op brazilie stemmen en iets van een 500 voor nederland ( die zo een name cardje hebben )
ik lach ze allemaal stuk voor stuk uit door goed mijn name card te laten zien xD
