Another way to Get all the servers list is by using this proxy , The README File has everything to set it up.

This works for me.
However there is a LOT of lag.

German servers etc. are meant to lag if you are in the US, as this is a peer-to-peer game.
Thats why its so good we have multiple servers for every continent.
